It is very common to use alcohol as a lubricant for social relationships: conversations flow and topics that would cost us more when drunk are discussed. Also, consumed with measure, it paves the way for us when it comes to launching ourselves, by removing our shyness and giving us the necessary point of self-confidence. However, the analysis of darling users shows that to flirt, depending on which country, it is better to arm yourself with courage and throw yourself into the ring without a drop of alcohol in your blood.
- Based on the data provided by more than 20,000 users, the percentage of women and men was analyzed in each of the countries that would be willing to accept a partner who drank several times a week.
- In Spain, it is not surprising that the degree of acceptance is one of the highest. We are fourth on the list, with men (34%) being more tolerant than women (25%) when it comes to their partner’s alcohol consumption. The habitual consumption of alcohol in our country is 53%. But, unlike other countries, in Spain, the alcohol that is drunk daily is of low alcohol content. - Alcohol has wreaked havoc forever. In Russia, for example, President Medvedev has called alcoholism (mainly by vodka drinkers) a “national disaster”, as it causes more than half of premature deaths among men between the ages of 15 and 54.
